David and Holly Jauregui have been serving with Novo since 2009, developing and shaping the spiritual formation of young leaders to unleash their unique impact for the Kingdom of God.

They are passionate about the church that is and the church that could be. The world is in desperate need of the hope Jesus brings and the church God intended is His delivery system of that hope. Seeing breakthrough happen begins in the spiritual life and health of leaders, so David and Holly focus much of their energy on those leaders sustainability through cultivation of their intimacy with God. The health of a leaders' soul impacts everything.

David serves on the ReNew team whose vision is to strengthen the souls of Christian leaders so they may thrive in every season of life and ministry. He has his Master's in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care and is a trained spiritual director.

Holly is currently pursuing her Master's in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care and serves on the ReNew team.

Holly and David live in Riverside, CA.
